This page contains links and references to papers I published in international scientific journals. Here below is a list of selected papers published in the field of

  • NGS analysis
  • System Biology
  • Plant Science
  • Gravitational Waves.
A full list of publications from Spires is also available with 70+ papers and proceedings. If you do not have access to the PDF files form the journal sites, you may want to look at some of them in the arXiv. Additionally, I worked in Plant Science and some proceedings and conferences links from the VirtualPlants team are also available.

I'm trying to keep a full list of publications. Finally, my google scholar page and ResearchGate page provide also complete list of publications and proceedings.

Sequana coverage: detection and characterization of genomic variations using running median and mixture models

Figure: coverage (number of reads mapping on the genome; here measles virus) in black. Sequana_coverage extract/detect outliers (above and below the red line) using a running median approach (blue line) combined with gaussian mixture models and clustering. HTML reports are given as a convenient way to explore the events.
